ICU creates reports that inventory up to 1/20th of a bottle for wine, liquor, and both bottled and draft beer. Visits are scheduled at the same time every week for a consistent and accurate count.

These reports, based on your sales and purchases, determine where your profits are going. Using your drink prices, we calculate the correct cost percentage for your establishment and help you stay there.
